Chirag advises HNIs and corporations on international tax, GST, and litigation strategy, representing clients before various appellate authorities. He further specialises in matters related to Charitable Trusts and Non-Profit Organisations (NPOs) and was an assistant to the veteran CA Rajesh Kadakia.
His leadership experience includes a tenure as Chief Financial Officer at Mobavenue Media Pvt Ltd, where he spearheaded end-to-end finance functions, implemented robust ERP systems, and played a pivotal role in the company’s merger and listing transition. Earlier in his career, he gained significant experience in valuation and transaction advisory through associations with RBSA Valuation Advisors and prominent firms under the mentorship of industry veterans.
